Membership Registration

Welcome to becoming a member of the Chinese University of Hong Kong Jockey Club Centre for Osteoporosis Care and Control (JOCOC). The use of our website is FREE, but you need to register as a member to fully utilize the facilities in the site and access all the information. You will also be able to receive inforamtion about upcoming events and activities held by this centre through emails. 

Why we need your registration?

The JOCOC is dedicated to raise the awareness of the public about prevention of osteoporosis. We'll provide easy-to-understand information as well as answering questions from the public. But we need your data to maintain and improve our service.
